¶ 2.Troubleshooting steps:
¶ Step 1: Check the print head
Check whether the print head is firmly fixed, whether it is loose, and whether the print head is stuck in place.
1. Remove the front shell of the print head.
2.Check if the print head is in place.
¶ Step 2: Check the strain gauge
Check whether the fixing screws of the strain gauge are loose and whether the wiring harness plug is loose.
1. Remove the front shell of the print head and remove the fan plug.
2. Use an S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws of the rear housing of the print head.
3.Reseat the strain gauge harness plug.
4.Check whether the fixing screws of the strain gauge are loose.
The hardware check in the above steps is completed. Refer to step 3 for re-leveling.
¶ Step 3: Re-auto leveling
1. Click Control-"Calibration"-"Auto-Leveling"-"OK" to start automatic leveling.
2. After leveling, try to print the machine's built-in model for testing and see if there is an error.
