¶ Troubleshooting guide
¶ 1. Print size exceeds travel
Select the Kobra 3 model, put the cut file on the Kobra 3 Max for printing, and an error will be reported if the print range is incorrect.
Solution: If the parameters have been modified, it is recommended that you change the default parameters.
¶ 2. Select the correct machine model
On the slicing software (Anycubic Slicer Netx), "Prepare" - "Printer" - select "Anycubic Kobra 3 Max" for slicing.
¶ 3. Check the printer G-code configuration file
Check whether the printer G-code configuration file has been modified. If modified, please restore the default parameters.
