¶ Step 1: Check the X-axis motor wire
First check whether the X-axis motor wire is loose, and then re-plug the X-axis motor wire.
¶ Step 2: Check the X-axis motor conversion cable
If the printer still reports this error, please check that the X-axis motor adapter cable is loose and then reinsert the adapter cable.
¶ Step 3: Check the X-axis motor adapter plate
Please check whether the pin of the X-axis motor adapter plate is bent or loose. If the pin of the X-axis motor adapter plate is indeed damaged, you need to replace a new adapter plate.
¶ Step 4: Check the cables to the mainboard
(1) Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the screws fixing the base plate, and then remove the cooling fan cable and remove the base plate.
(2) Check whether the X-axis motor cable on the mainboard is loose and reinsert the X-axis motor cable.
