1. Check whether the print head cover is closed
2. Check whether the limit switch cable is connected properly, whether the limit switch rebounds normally when pressed, and whether there is any damage.
After checking the above steps, the print head housing needs to be installed correctly before the x-axis can be reset.
●S2.0 Allen key
Please check whether the X-axis motor line is connected incorrectly or loose.
(1) Remove the rear cover
① Unplug the signal line at the rear cover.
② Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the four-input and one-output module.
③ Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the rear cover and remove the rear cover.
④ Check whether the X-axis motor line on the motherboard is connected incorrectly or loose.
(1) Zero the X-axis alone and check whether the motor is rotating.
