¶ 2.Check the hot bed wire:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Before checking the wiring, please turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Remove the printer base plate
(1) Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the screws fixing the base plate.
(2) Then remove the motherboard cooling fan connection and remove the bottom plate.
¶ Step 3: Check the hot bed cable on the mainboard
First check whether the hotbed wire on the motherboard is loose, it is best to reinsert the hotbed wire.
¶ Step 4: Check the hot bed control wire at the mainboard end
Then check whether the hot bed control cable on the motherboard is loose, and re-plug the hot bed control cable.
¶ 3.Check the hot bed:
¶ Step 1: Heat the hot bed
First, please heat the hot bed to 50 degrees, during the heating process, the blue indicator light on the motherboard means that the hot bed is heating normally, if it blinks, it means that the hot bed heating has been completed, if it is not bright, it means that the hot bed heating is abnormal, and the hot bed needs to be replaced.
