¶ 2. Check the hot bed wiring:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Before checking the wiring, turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Remove the four-input and one-output module
① Unplug the signal cable at the rear cover.
② Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the four-input and one-output module.
③ Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the rear cover and remove the rear cover.
¶ Step 3: Check the hot bed wiring on the motherboard side
(1) Use the S2.0 Allen key to remove the protective shell of the hot bed adapter board, gently pull the hot bed cable, and check whether the cable is loose or detached.
(2) If the cable is loose or detached, press the cable tightly and insert it into the terminal, then fix and press the hot bed cable tightly.
¶ 3. Check the hot bed:
(1) First heat the hot bed to 50 degrees. If the blue indicator light on the mainboard is on during the heating process, it means that the hot bed is heating normally. If it flashes, it means that the hot bed heating is completed. If it is not on, it means that the hot bed is heating abnormally and the hot bed should be replaced.
