S2.5 Allen key*1
Avometer*1
1. Remove the print head housing.
2. Check whether the print head heater wire harness is loose and re-plug the print head heater wire harness.
3. The print head wiring harness inspection is completed. Set the print head temperature to 210 degrees and test for 10 minutes. If there are no further errors, it can be printed. If there are further errors, follow step 2 for troubleshooting.
1. Unplug the print head heater plug, adjust the multimeter to the on/off position (beep), and measure the on/off status of the heater. If the print head heater emits a beeping sound, the heater is normal.
2. Use an S2.5 hexagonal wrench to remove the screws securing the motherboard.
3. Heat the hot bed to 45-55 degrees, measure the power supply of the motherboard hot bed, and measure the normal power supply range of 24V±0.4, which is normal.
Ps: When the hot bed is heated, you can observe that the hot bed indicator light on the mainboard is on (the indicator light is always on: heating, the indicator light flashes: constant temperature).
