¶ 2.Check the hotbed NTC cable:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Before removing, please lower the printer to the bottom, then turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Remove the back cover of the printer
(1)First remove the plug detection cable, then use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the two screws fixing the plug detection and remove them, and finally remove the teflon tube.
(2)Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew all screws on the back cover, and then remove the back cover of the printer.
¶ Step 3: Reinsert the hotbed NTC cable
Please check whether the hot bed NTC cable on the mainboard is loose, and then reinsert the hot bed NTC cable.
¶ 3.Replace the hotbed:
If the hot bed NTC cable is re-inserted, the printer still reports this error. Then you need to replace the hot bed assembly, please follow the instructions below to replace the new hot bed. Kobra S1- Hot Bed Assembly replacement guide
Note: Please disconnect the power supply before replacing the hot bed to ensure safe operation.
¶ 4.Replace the mainboard:
¶ Step 1: Remove the fixing plate of the cooling fan
If there is no problem with the hot bed, then the motherboard needs to be replaced. Please use the S2.0 Allen key to loosen the five screws on the fixing plate of the cooling fan, and then remove the fixing plate.
¶ Step 2: Remove the mainboard
Remove all cables from the mainboard and use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the four screws holding the mainboard. Then replace the mainboard with a new one, and insert all cables back into the mainboard port.
