¶ 2. Check the print head NTC cable:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Before checking the connection, turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Remove the print head housing
① Remove the print head module housing, unplug the model cooling fan connection cable, and remove the housing.
¶ Step 3: Check the print head NTC cable
Check whether the print head NTC cable is loose, and re-plug the NTC cable.
¶ 3. Check the print head connection cable:
¶ Step 1: Check the print head connection cable
① Use the S2.0 Allen wrench to unscrew the fixing screws on both sides of the print head module housing.
② Remove the housing and re-plug the signal line wiring plug of the adapter board at the print head module
¶ Step 2: Check the print head connection cable at the adapter board
Check whether the print head connection cable of the adapter board is loose, and then re-plug the print head connection cable.
