¶ 2. Check the print head cable:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Before disassembly, please turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation。
¶ Step 2: Remove the outer shell
1. Remove the front outer shell of the print head and remove the fan plug.
2. Use an S2.0 hexagonal wrench to unscrew the fixing screws of the rear housing of the print head.
¶ Step 3: Reseat the print head cable
Check the print head cable on the adapter board, then reseat the print head cable.
¶ 3. Replace the adapter board:
If the printer still reports an error after re-inserting the print head cable, the accelerometer is damaged.
The accelerometer is integrated on the print head function board and the print head function board needs to be replaced.
