¶ 1. Notes:
The print head temperature must be cooled to below 30 degrees for safe operation.
¶ 2. Tools:
S2.0 Allen key
S2.5 Allen key
¶ 3. Solution:
Please check the Z-axis sensor harness
¶ Step 1: Remove the print head housing
(1) Remove the print head nozzle assembly, and then use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the two screws on the back of the print head module.
(2) Press both sides of the print head front cover, and then remove the print head front cover.
¶ Step 2: Replug the harness
¶ Step 4: Z-axis zeroing
1. Raise the Z axis to halfway, and click "Tools" - "Axis Movement" - Z-axis zeroing again.
2. When the Z axis is lowered, touch the print head with your hand to see if it will rise. If it does, the Z axis sensor is normal (operate when the print head temperature is less than 30 degrees).
