The print head temperature must be cooled to below 30 degrees for safe operation.

¶ 3.Disassembly Steps:
Please check the Z-axis sensor harness.
¶ Step 1: Remove the print head housing
1. Remove the print head housing.
2. Unplug the fan and LED light harness from the print head housing.
¶ Step 2: Remove the fixed print head housing
1. Use the S2.0 allen key to unscrew the screws that secure the print head housing.
2. Use the S2.5 allen key to unscrew the screws that secure the print head housing.
3. Remove the print head housing.
¶ Step 3: Re-plug the wiring harness
¶ Step 4: Z-axis zeroing
1. Click "Tools" - "Move Axis " - Z axis zeroing.
2. When the Z axis is lowered, touch the print head with your hand to see if it will rise. If it does, the Z axis sensor is normal (operate when the print head temperature is less than 30 degrees).
