If you don't use the recommended slicing software or the recommended parameters, or delete the necessary commands such as Start G-code by mistake, the printer will report this error. Therefore, it is recommended that you use Anycubic Slicer to slice, and the printer will not report this error. If this error occurs on the printer, please follow the steps below to resolve it.
¶ Step 1: Stop printing
First click the "Stop" button to cancel printing.
¶ Step 2: Install the slicing software
1. Download the latest version of Anycubic Slicer Slicing software from the following page and install it as prompted.

2.If you have installed Anycubic Slicer Slicer software, click "Help" - "Check for updates" to update to the latest version of slicer software.
¶ Step 3: Reslice and print
Open the model and re-slice it before printing. If this error still occurs when using the latest version of Anycubic Slicer software, please contact official support.
