¶ Step 1: Check the USB port and cable
Please check whether the camera cable is plugged into the USB port correctly and properly.
¶ Step 2: Check the USB flash drive connection
When connecting the camera to start delayed shooting, you must also insert a USB flash drive for video storage.
¶ Step 3: Abnormal situation
If the camera cable and USB flash drive are connected normally, the printer still does not show the connection status. Try to restart the machine and update the latest firmware to see if the problem is improved. If the problem is still not improved, the USB interface of the motherboard may be damaged and the motherboard needs to be replaced.
