The printer prompts this error because opening the time-lapse photography function requires simultaneous access to the camera and USB flash drive. Please follow the steps below to check whether the printer is connected to a USB flash drive.
¶ Step 1: Check the USB flash drive
First, please check whether the USB flash drive icon appears in the upper right corner of the interface. If it does not appear, that is, the printer does not access the U disk, please insert the U disk into the printer.
¶ Step 2: Check the USB port
Then check whether the USB flash drive is inserted in place, if the printer still prompts this error, please replace the USB flash drive and then insert the printer USB port.
¶ Step 3: Update the firmware
If the camera and USB flash drive are connected properly, but the printer still displays this error message, please restart the printer and update the firmware to the latest version.
