The printer prompts this error because opening the timelapse function requires simultaneous access to the camera and USB flash drive. Please follow the steps below to check whether the camera and USB flash drive are connected.
¶ Step 1: Check the USB flash drive
Please check whether there is the USB flash drive icon on the upper right of the interface. If it does not appear, it is that the printer does not access the USB flash drive. Please insert the USB flash drive into the printer USB port.
¶ Step 2: Check the camera
Then check whether the camera icon appears on the top right of the interface. If it does not appear, it means that the printer is not connected to the camera.
¶ Step 3: Update the firmware
If the camera and USB flash drive are connected properly, but the printer still displays this error message, please restart the printer and update the firmware to the latest version.
