Cause of this fault: When there are consumables in the ACE Pro, the consumables are abnormal.
Check whether the consumables are disconnected at the ACE Pro feed. If so, follow step 2 to troubleshoot.
1. Press the buckle (1) and pull the Teflon tube upwards (2).
2. Pull the handle to the right (1) to forcefully remove the filament (2).
3. Pull the consumables out of the Teflon tube.
4. Insert the Teflon tube back into the hub.
Reload the printing consumables (please straighten the consumables before loading), and observe the consumables being fed downward until the consumables pass through the Teflon tube on the back of the machine, indicating that the feeding is successful.
