¶ 1.Update the firmware
¶ Step 1: Check the firmware version
Please click "Device Informations" - "Printer Information"
¶ Step 2: Upgrade the firmware
(1)If there is an upgrade arrow after the firmware version, it means that the firmware needs to be updated.
(2)After the update, please restart the device manually.
¶ 2. Perform PID Calibration
After updating the firmware, please click "Tools" - "Control" - "PID Calibration" to perform PID calibration.
¶ 3. Enter the user guide
Then click "Settings" - "Guide" from the display screen, and click "Confirm" after the pop-up window, to enter the user guide.
¶ 4. The error message is displayed
If the printer appears the following error interface, please contact the customer service of the shop to provide firmware, and then copy the firmware to the USB flash drive and insert the firmware into the printer to upgrade the firmware until the printer no longer appears the error interface.
Note: The following error occurs in Kobra 3 Max firmware versions of V2.4.4 and later.
