¶ 1.Update the firmware
¶ Step 1: Check the firmware version
Please click "Device Informations" - "Printer Information"
¶ Step 2: Upgrade the firmware
(1)If there is an upgrade arrow after the firmware version, it means that the firmware needs to be updated.
(2)After the update, please restart the device manually.
¶ 2. Perform PID Calibration
After updating the firmware, please click "Tools" - "Control" - "PID Calibration" to perform PID calibration.
¶ 3. Enter the user guide
Then click "Settings" - "Guide" from the display screen, and click "Confirm" after the pop-up window, to enter the user guide.
¶ 4. The error message is displayed
If the printer displays the following error interface, please update the firmware below, then copy the firmware to a USB drive and insert it into the printer to upgrade the firmware until the printer no longer displays the error interface.
Note: The following error occurs in Kobra 3 Max firmware versions of V2.4.4 and later.
