¶ 1. Cause of error:
● Software abnormality
● Abnormal connection between material box and host
● Abnormal connection between mainboard and driver board
● Abnormal connection between mainboard and print head board
¶ 2. Operation guide:
¶ 1. Restart ACE Pro and printer, and continue to print after power off to see if the error continues.
¶ 2. If the fault still occurs frequently after restarting, re-plug the material box connection line.
¶ 3. If the above two methods cannot solve the problem, check whether the connection line between the mainboard and the driver board is loose after power off.
¶ Motherboard inspection:
① The mainboard is located on the top right of the machine.
② Check the mainboard wiring.
¶ Driver board inspection:
① Unplug the signal line at the rear cover position.
② Use an S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the four-input and one-output module.
③ Use an S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the rear cover and remove the rear cover.
④ Check the driver board wiring.
¶ 4. If the above steps still cannot solve the problem, check the connection line between the main board and the print head board after power off
¶ Print head board inspection:
①First, press the buckle of the print head shell according to the figure below and remove the print head shell.
②Disconnect the model cooling fan connection and extension cable, and put the print head shell aside.
③Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the four screws that fix the back shell of the print head, and then remove the back shell of the print head.
④Check the connection of the print head board.
