1. Pull out to remove the front shell of the print head and remove the fan plug at the same time.
2.Use an S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the screws fixing the rear housing of the print head.
3.Check if the hot end driver chip on the print head board is damaged. If it is damaged, please refer to: Kobra S1- Print head adapter replacement guide.
If the hot end driver chip of the print head board is not broken down, please refer to step 2 to troubleshoot the problem.
Check whether the hot end NTC of the print head is short-circuited. The hot end NTC short circuit may occur in the following situations.
(1) The print head is wrapped, which may cause the hot end NTC short circuit.
(2) The hot end NTC harness is damaged, causing the hot end NTC short circuit.
If the hot end NTC short circuit occurs, it is recommended that you replace a new print head hot end.
