Please click "Device Informations" - "Printer Information"
(1)If there is an upgrade arrow after the firmware version, it means that the firmware needs to be updated.
(2)After the update, please restart the device manually.
Click the "Settings" icon - "Device Information" - "Intelligent Color Engine 1 Information" on the display screen to check whether the firmware version is the latest version. If the arrow in the figure below appears after the firmware version, it means that the firmware is not the latest version. Please click the arrow to upgrade the firmware.
If the printer still prompts the error after the firmware update, please check whether the slicing parameters are set correctly and whether the slicing file is abnormal.
Restart ACE Pro and the printer, and then continue to print after restarting to check whether the printer reports an error.
If the printer still reports an error after restarting, please re-plug the ACE Pro signal cable.
(1) If re-plugging the signal cable does not work, please follow the instructions below to re-plug all the mainboard connection cables from the mainboard.
(1) Please follow the document below to disassemble the printhead and check if the connection from the printhead board to the mainboard is loose, and then re-plug the connection between the mainboard and the printhead board.
