1. When removing the hot end of the print head, you must check whether the print head is in place when reinstalling the hot end. (If it is not installed in place, the hot end nozzle may scrape the hot bed).
2. Note: Do not insert the hot end cable in place as shown in the left picture. Please insert the hot end cable in place as shown on the right. (If the hot end cable is not installed in place, it may cause the hot end heating failure).
Check whether the strain gauge fixing screws are loose and whether the harness plug is loose.
1. Remove the front shell of the print head and remove the fan plug.
2. Use an S2.0 Allen Key to unscrew the fixing screws of the rear shell of the print head.
3.Click "Control" and set the temperature to 55 degrees.
4.Observe whether the indicator light on the print head function board is flashing.If there is no flashing when heating, the motherboard components may be damaged and need to be replaced.
