This error occurs on the printer because the local file is abnormal. Please follow the steps below.
¶ 1. Restore factory Settings:
Please click "Settings" button - "General" - "System Restore" - "OK" from the display screen to restore the printer to factory Settings first.
¶ 2. Enter the user guide
After restoring factory Settings, you need to restart the printer, set the server region and language, and enter the guide program.
