If the above two methods cannot solve the problem, refer to step 3 and check the connection line between the main board and the driver board after powering off.
¶Step 3: Check the connection between the mainboard and the driver board
（1）After powering off, check the connection between the mainboard and the driver board.
The mainboard location is as shown in the figure
1.Use an S1.5 Allen key to unscrew the screws fixing the motherboard protective cover.
2.Check whether the 10P terminal harness is moving.
If the above steps still cannot solve the problem, check the connection line between the driver board and the main board after power off.
(2) After powering off, check the connection between the driver board and the main board.
1. Check the driver board wiring harness and use an S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the rear cover fixing screws.
2.Use an S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws of the rear right fixing plate.
3.Check whether the 10P terminal harness is moving.
Installation steps: Install the rear right fixing plate first, then install the rear cover plate.
If the above steps still cannot solve the problem, turn off the power and check the connection between the main board and the print head board. Please refer to step 4.
¶Step 4: Check the main board and the print head board
1. Check whether the connection line between the main board and the print head is loose.
2.If the problem still cannot be solved, you need to disassemble the print head housing and check the connection between the print head board and the main board.
1). Pull outward to remove the front housing of the print head and remove the fan plug at the same time.
2).Use an S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws of the rear housing of the print head.
