If you need to continue the printing task, you can restart ACE Pro and printer to power off.
1. Restart ACE Pro.
2.Restart the printer power.
If the fault still occurs frequently after restarting, please refer to step 2
Try to re-plug the ACE Pro cable.
1. Re-plug the ACE Pro cable.
If the above two methods cannot solve the problem, refer to step 3 and check the connection line between the main board and the driver board after powering off.
After powering off, check the connection between the mainboard and the driver board.
The mainboard is located on the top right side of the machine as shown in the figure.
1.Use an S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the rear cover fixing screws.
2.Check whether the 10P terminal harness is moving.
If the above steps still cannot solve the problem, check the connection line between the main board and the print head board after turning off the power
1. Check whether the connection line between the main board and the print head is loose.
2.If the problem still cannot be solved, you need to disassemble the print head housing and check the connection between the print head board and the main board.
1). Pull outward to remove the front housing of the print head and remove the fan plug at the same time.
2).Use an S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws of the rear housing of the print head.
3).Reseat the cable.
After power off, check the connection between the main board and the print head board. Please refer to step 3 to troubleshoot the problem.
