This error in the printer is due to the abnormal work of ACE Pro, please follow the following steps to troubleshoot.
¶ 1.Check the ACE Pro connection wire:
¶ Step 1: Check the signal cable of ACE Pro:
(1)First check whether the 4Pin end of the signal cable on the back cover of the printer is loose, and then re-plug the signal cable.
(2)Then check whether the 6Pin end of the signal cable is loose.
¶ Step 2: Check the power cord of ACE Pro:
Please check whether the power cord of ACE Pro is loose, and then reinsert the power cord.
¶ 2.Check the ACE Pro:
Please insert the material into the feed channel, check whether the signal light of the feed channel is on, and whether ACE Pro can feed normally.
