Please correctly set the tray position, color, and consumable type.
If printing cannot be restored, please follow step 2 to troubleshoot.
¶Step 2: Check the material break detection module
It is possible that the filament is broken in the extruder, causing the material break detection module to be triggered and need to be manually cleaned.
1. Remove the front shell of the print head and remove the fan plug.
2. Remove the blue buckle, press the black pressing head and remove the feeding tube upwards.
3.Remove the extruder harness from the clip.
4.Pull the buckle that fixes the quick release hot end upwards, unplug the quick release hot end cable, and then remove the quick release hot end.
5.Use an S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws of the extruder module and remove the extruder module.
6.Use an S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws of the strain gauge module.
7.Remove the front cover of the extruder and check that there is no consumable material or foreign matter in the feeding channel.
Tips: Take off the front cover of the extruder gently to prevent the internal swing plate and tension spring from falling off.
1. When removing the print head hot end, check whether the print head is in place when reinstalling the hot end. (If it is not installed in place, the hot end nozzle may scrape the hot bed).
2. Note: Do not insert the hot end cable as shown in the left picture. Please insert the hot end cable as shown on the right. (If the hot end cable is not installed in place, it may cause the hot end heating failure).
