¶ Troubleshooting steps:
¶ Step 1: Check the cables
Check the ACE Pro power and signal cables.
1. Check if the power cable is loose and the switch is turned on.
2.Check if there is an ACE Pro icon on the printer and if the signal cable is loose.
¶ Step 2: Check the printer port
Check if the terminal connection on the back of the machine is loose.
