1. Unwind the four rolls of filament in the material box until the filament port is exposed in the Teflon tube above the print head.
(1).Click "Materials"-"Retract".
(2).Retreat the filament end into the Teflon tube above the hub.
2. When encountering consumables that cannot be rewinded, you need to press the black pneumatic interface, pull out the Teflon tube, and forcefully pull out the consumables.
(1).Press the black buckle.
(2).While pressing the buckle (1), pull out the Teflon tube upwards (2).
(3).Pull to the right (1) and forcefully pull out the filament (2).
(4).Insert the Teflon tube back into the hub.
After returning the filament to the top of the print head, click "Resume Printing".
If printing cannot be restored, follow step 3 to troubleshoot.
If it cannot be restored and "Unknown consumable" is displayed, you need to unscrew the two screws of the hub and check whether there is any broken material at the confluence port; after ensuring that there is no consumable material at the confluence port, reinstall the feeding assembly and resume printing.
1. Use an Allen key wrench to unscrew the two screws.
2. If there are consumables in the confluence port, they need to be pulled out.
3. Reinstall the hub and tighten the fixing screws.
4. Click "Resume Printing".
Ps:If printing cannot be restored, follow step 4 to troubleshoot.
1. Open the print head housing.
2. Please check the material break detection module to see if there are any consumables left. If there are any consumables left, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot.
3. Pull the handle to the right and use a section of filament to push the remaining filament into the extruder.
4. Pull out the consumables on the upper end of the hub, make sure the material break detection module is not triggered, and then reinstall the print head housing and Teflon tube in place.。
5.Click "Resume Printing".
