¶ 2. Troubleshooting steps:
¶ Step 1: Pull out the teflon tube
1. Press the buckle while (1) pulling the teflon tube upward (2), please discharge the cut material from the teflon tube.
2. Then reinsert the teflon tube into the hub.
3. Click the "Resume" button. If this code pops up again after recovery, follow Step 2 to rectify the fault.
¶ Step 2: The filaments are imported into the hub port
1. Remove the fixing screws using the S2.5 Allen key.
2. The hub import port is blocked.
3. Pull the extruder handle to the right and remove the filaments.
4. Install the hub over the print head and tighten the screws using the S2.5 Allen key.
5. Click "Resume" to print.
¶ Step 3: Check the ACE Pro buffer mechanism
If the buffer mechanism interferes as shown in the figure above, please arrange the teflon tube as shown in the following figure.
¶ Step 4: Check whether the ACE Pro buffer mechanism is improperly installed
If the buffer mechanism appears as shown in the figure above, please follow these steps to reinstall it:
1. Use the S2.5 Allen key to loosen the two screws securing the cushion mechanism cover.
2. Then make the four buffer mechanisms consistent and install them in place again.
3. Finally check whether the buffer mechanism runs smoothly.
