The reason for reporting this fault code is: the buffer mechanism feeds abnormally, causing the material jam to be triggered.
Step 1: Check the print head module
If there is consumables in the Teflon tube above the print head module.
1. Remove the print head module housing, unplug the model cooling fan connection line, and remove the housing.
2. Remove the blue fixing buckle, press the quick connector, and remove the Teflon tube.
3. Press the cutter to cut the consumables.
4. Pull out the consumables and connect the Teflon tube back to the print head module.
5. Connect the housing cooling fan connection line and install the print head module housing.
6. Click "Resume Printing".
1. If it cannot be restored and the prompt "Unknown filament" appears, you need to unscrew the two screws of the hub and check whether there is any broken filament at the confluence; after ensuring that there is no filament at the confluence, reinstall the feed assembly and resume printing.
(1) Use an Allen key to unscrew the screws.
(2) If there is filament at the confluence, you need to pull out the filament.
(3) Reinstall the hub and tighten the fixing screws.
(4) Click "Resume Printing".
If the above steps cannot be restored, follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
Check whether the buffer mechanism is dry, as shown in the figure below:
Solution:

Please check whether the buffer mechanism is installed abnormally, as shown in the figure.
If the buffer mechanism is installed abnormally, please reinstall it according to the steps below.
1. First, use an S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the two screws that secure the buffer mechanism cover.
2. Then use an S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the two screws that secure the buffer mechanism cover.
3. Finally, make the four buffer mechanisms consistent and install them in place again.
