¶ 1. Consumables Entangled
¶ Step 1: Sort out the filament
Please click the "Confirm" button, then untangle the filament to ensure it is not knotted.
¶ Step 2: Reprint the model
After sorting out the filament, you can reprint the model.
¶ 2. Consumables Stuck in the Gear
¶ Step 1: Restart the Printer
When restarting the printer, the gear will reset to its zero position, creating a gap to pull out the consumable.
¶ Step 2: Manually Adjust the Gear
1.If restarting the printer doesn't allow you to pull out the consumable, use an S2.5 hex wrench to remove the two screws securing the extruder cover.
2. Manually rotate the extruder gear while trying to pull out the consumable.
¶ Step 3: Disassemble the Extruder Gear
If manually adjusting the gear doesn't work, you'll need to disassemble the extruder gear. For detailed instructions, refer to the Kobra 3 Combo extruder gear replacement guide.
¶ 3. Consumables Stuck in the Buffer Mechanism
¶ Step 1: Restart the Printer
When restarting the printer, the gear will reset to its zero position, then try to pull out the consumable.
¶ Step 2: Disassemble the Buffer Mechanism
1.If restarting the printer doesn't work, you need to disassemble the buffer mechanism. First remove the blue clip and the PTFE tube.
2.Use an S2.5 allen key to remove the two screws securing the buffer mechanism cover.
3. Use an S2.0 allen key to disassemble the buffer mechanism, remove the back cover and the black interface, then pull out the consumable.
¶ 4. Consumables Passing Through the ACE Pro
¶ Step 1: Pull Out the Consumable
If the consumable passes through the ACE Pro, restart the printer or manually adjust the gear, then pull out the consumable.
¶ Step 2: Straighten the Consumable
After pulling out the consumable, cut off the bent part to ensure it is straight, then reinsert the consumable.
Note: The consumable passing through the ACE Pro is due to bending. Please ensure the consumable is straight when inserting.
