¶ 1. Error Scenario:
1. If the material box is not connected, that is, in monochrome printing, the material break detection switch is turned on. When the extruder material break detection switch does not detect the filament, a pop-up window alarm will be displayed.
2. If the material box is connected, the material break detection switch is uncontrollable, and the logic is controlled by ACE Pro. When ACE Pro recognizes that the material box is broken, a pop-up window alarm will be displayed.
3. In normal material shortage, reinstall the filament.

¶ 3. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
¶ Scenario 1:
If the material box is not connected, that is, in monochrome printing, the material break detection switch is turned on. When the extruder material break detection switch does not detect the filament, a pop-up window alarm will be displayed.
¶ Step 1: Clean the filament broken in the Teflon tube
1. The filament is broken in the Teflon tube.
2. While pressing the buckle, pull the Teflon tube upwards and discharge the broken material in the Teflon tube.
- Reinsert the Teflon tube into the hub.

¶ Step 2: The material break detection sensor is above the filament
1. The material break detection sensor is above the filament.
- Pull to the right and forcibly pull out the filament.

¶ Step 3: The hub confluence port is blocked
1. The hub confluence port is blocked.
2. Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the two screws.
3. The filament is at the confluence port and needs to be pulled out.
- Clean the confluence port, reinstall the hub and tighten the fixing screws.

¶ Scenario 2:
If the material box is connected, the material break detection switch cannot be controlled, and the logic is controlled by ACE Pro. When ACE Pro recognizes that the material box is broken, a pop-up window will be issued to alarm.
¶ Step 1: Damage to material break detection
The photoelectric switch is damaged and needs to be replaced.
