Reason: This fault code 11521 is reported because the material box motor fails to reset to zero and needs to be powered off and restarted ACE Pro.
If an error occurs during printing, please restart the ACE Pro power switch, wait 10-15 seconds and then turn on the power switch again.
Restarting cannot solve the problem. Please refer to step 2 to troubleshoot the problem.
If the four feed ports cannot feed after re-powering on, follow the steps below to check.
(1) Check if the motor harness is loose
(2) During printing, if the screen displays the error code 11521, the motor driver chip initialization failed. It is recommended that you power off and restart the Smart Color Engine.
