Error in print: The machine display will show that the multi-color engine is disconnected.
1. Replug the 4-pin signal cable plug connected to the printer port.
2. Replug the 6-pin signal cable of the Smart Color Engine.
3.Check whether the ACE Pro power cord is plugged in tightly.
Please check whether the multi-color box (ACE Pro) is working properly. Re-insert the filament into the feeding hole and observe whether the filament is normally fed into the Teflon tube at the back of the multi-color box. If you see the filament is fed into the Teflon tube and the white light is on, the multi-color box is functioning properly.。
