● S2.0 Allen key
● S2.5 Allen key
¶ 2. Disassembly steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Before replacement, turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Turn off ACE Pro
Unplug the ACE Pro signal cable and power cable, and then remove the Teflon tube.
¶ Step 3: Disassemble the ACE Pro shell
1. Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the four screws that fix the ACE Pro signal input board and buffer mechanism respectively.
2. Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the two screws that fix the cover.
3. Tear off the foot pad and use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the six screws that fix the ACE Pro inner shell.
¶ Step 4: Separate the inner shell of ACE Pro
1. Use an S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the two screws that fix the multi-color shell, and then separate the inner and outer shells of ACE Pro.
¶ Step 5: Remove the air duct cover
① Remove the NFC signal lines on both sides.
② Use an S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the 2 screws that fix the NTC signal line.
③ Use an S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the 8 fixing screws of the air duct cover on both sides.
¶ Step 6: Replace the PTC heating plate
① Remove the heating plate wiring from the slot.
② Replace the PTC heating plate, install the 2 PTC heating plate probes into the multi-color inner shell slot, and apply thermal conductive silicone on the surface,
paying attention to the installation position distinction.
③ Then install the PTC heating plate into the multi-color inner shell slot, and then insert the PTC wire into the slot.
¶ 3. Installation steps
¶ Step 1: Install the air duct cover
①Use the S2.0 Allen key to install and fix the air duct cover plates on both sides.
②Install the NTC signal line and use the S2.0 Allen key to fix the two screws of the NTC signal line.
③Reconnect the NFC signal line plugs on both sides.
¶ Step 2: Install the ACE Pro inner shell
1.Reinstall the inner shell.
2.Install the multi-color panel, and then use the S2.5 Allen key to tighten the two screws that fix the multi-color panel.
¶ Step 3: Fix the ACE Pro outer shell
1. Use the S2.0 Allen key to tighten the screws that fix the power interface.
2.Use the S2.5 Allen key to tighten the screws that fix the outer shell, and then glue the foot pad.
¶ Step 4: Connect ACE Pro and printer
Install the Teflon tube, and then plug the ACE Pro signal cable and power cable back into the interface.
