1. Return the four rolls of filaments in the ACE Pro until the consumable port is exposed to the teflon tube above the print head.
(1) Click "Material" - "Retract".
(2) Back the filament end to the Teflon tube above the hub.
2. If the filament cannot be rolled back, please press the black pneumatic connector and pull out the teflon tube.
(1) While pressing the buckle (1), pull the teflon tube upward (2).
(2) Pull (1) to the left to forcibly pull out (2) the filament.
(3) Insert the teflon tube back into the hub.
After returning the filament to the print head, please click screen to resume printing.
If the printing fails, perform Step 3 to rectify the fault.
If it cannot be recovered and "unknown filament" is displayed, you need to unscrew the two screws of the hub and check whether there is broken material at the bus port. After ensuring that the bus port is free of filament, please reinstall the feed assembly and resume printing.
(1) Use an S2.5 Allen key to tighten the two screws holding the hub
(2) If there are filaments in the bus port, you need to remove the filaments.
(3) Reinstall the hub and screw on the fixing screws.
(4) please click screen to resume printing.
If the printing fails, perform Step 4 to rectify the fault.
Remove the print head cover from the print head module.
Pull the lever upwards and remove the quick release nozzle.
1. Observe whether the filament can pass through the bottom of the extruder. If the filament can pass through the bottom of the heat sink normally, the extruder is in good condition. You can try to resume printing.
2.Then click screen to resume printing.
