¶ 2. Return filaments:
¶ Step 1: Click "Return"
Click the "Filling Material" icon-"ACE1" on the display screen, select the filament and click "Return" to observe whether the filament can be returned to ACE Pro.
¶ Step 2: Manual return
If the filament cannot be returned to ACE Pro, loosen the pneumatic head behind the printer and check whether the filament can be manually pulled out.
If the filament is pulled out, click Resume to try printing.
¶ Step 3: Check the print head module
Check whether the extruder assembly extrude the filament smoothly.
1. Remove the front shell of the print head and remove the fan plug.
2. Push the handle up and remove the print head.
3. Set the nozzle temperature to 250 degrees.
4. Manually push the filament into the extruder, move the axis-click the "E+" axis, and observe whether the filament can pass through the bottom of the extruder.
5. If the filament can pass under the heat sink normally, the extruder is in good condition. Try resuming printing.
