- S1.5 Allen key
- S2.0 Allen key
¶ 2.Check the cable of the filament tracker module:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Before checking, please turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Replug the filament tracker module cable
Please check whether the filament tracker module cable on the printer rear cover is loose, and then reinsert the cable.
¶ 3.Check the filament tracker module:
¶ Step 1: Remove the filament tracker module
(1)If the printer still reports this error after replugging the filament tracker module, unplug the ACE Pro signal cable, and then use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the screws fixing the four-in-one-out assembly and remove the four-in-one-out assembly.
(2)Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the two screws fixing the filament tracker module, and remove the filament tracker cable.
¶ Step 2: Check the filament tracker module
(1)Remove the filament tracker module, then use the S1.5 Allen key to unscrew the two screws holding the shell.
(2)Remove the shell, and then check whether the cable in the filament tracker module is loose, and reinsert the cable.
Note: There is a spring in the filament tracker module, do not make the spring pop out when removing the shell.
¶ 4.Replace the filament tracker module:
If the cable in the filament tracker module is not loose, please replace the filament tracker module with a new one.
