¶ 2.Check the cutter:
First, please move the cutter manually to check whether the cutter resets properly. If the cutter does not spring back, you can refer to the following document to remove the cutter.

¶ 3.Check the cutter signal cable:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Before disassembly, please turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Remove print head case
(1)First press and hold the button of the print head case according to the following figure, and remove the print head case.
(2)Disconnect the model cooling fan connection and extension cable, and place the print head case aside.
¶ Step 3: Remove the print head back shell
Use an S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the four screws holding the print head back shell, then remove the print head back shell.
¶ Step 4: Reinsert the cutter signal cable
Remove the cutter signal cable, and then reinsert the signal cable back into the adapter plate and reinstall the print head case. Finally, please click the "Confirm" button from the error interface to resume printing.
