You need to check whether the model has fried noodles or fried noodles. If the following conditions occur, you need to clean the model on the hot bed.
1. The first layer of the model is not set up properly, resulting in model misalignment, and AI detects fried noodles.
2. Improve the adhesion between the model and the hot bed by setting the first layer height and speed.
In Anycubic slicer Next software, click - "Prepare" - Process "Global" - Quality - "First layer height", set the model first layer height nozzle 0.4mm first layer height 0.2mm layer height.
3. The first layer speed is also one of the factors for the model to attach to the hot bed. In the Anycubic slicer Next software, click - "Prepare" - Process "Global" - Speed - "First layer speed". The first layer speed is generally in the range of 45-50mm/s, the first layer filling speed is generally in the range of 45-50mm/s, the first layer empty speed defaults to full speed (100%), and set "Slow Printing Layers" to 1 layer.
4.The first layer fan can be turned off to increase the adhesion between the first layer and the hot bed.
5.Setting up a skirt can increase the contact area between the first layer of the model and the hot bed.
1. Use a dust-free cloth to dip a small amount of alcohol or detergent and gently wipe the oil stains on the hot bed PEI board.
