This report means that AI thinks there may be fried noodles failure, but it is not serious enough to suspend printing. You may want to check the print quality yourself, because AI may make mistakes.
Check the status of the print head hot end
Check whether the print head hot end is firm, loose, and whether the print head hot end is stuck in place.
1. Pull outward to remove the front shell of the print head and remove the fan plug at the same time.
2.Check whether the hot end is stuck in place.
3.After the inspection is completed, align and plug in the model cooling fan harness, and tighten the print head housing inward to ensure that the housing is not loose.
You need to check whether the model has fried noodles or fried noodles. If the following conditions occur, you need to clean the model on the hot bed.
1. The first layer of the model is not set up properly, resulting in model misalignment, and AI detects fried noodles.
2. Improve the adhesion between the model and the hot bed by setting the first layer height and speed.
In Anycubic slicer Next software, click - "Prepare" - Process "Global" - Quality - "First layer height", set the model first layer height nozzle 0.4mm first layer height 0.2mm layer height.
3. The first layer speed is also one of the factors for the model to attach to the hot bed. In the Anycubic slicer Next software, click - "Prepare" - Process "Global" - Speed - "First layer speed". The first layer speed is generally in the range of 45-50mm/s, the first layer filling speed is generally in the range of 45-50mm/s, the first layer empty speed defaults to full speed (100%), and set "Slow Printing Layers" to 1 layer.
4.The first layer fan can be turned off to increase the adhesion between the first layer and the hot bed.
5.Setting up a skirt can increase the contact area between the first layer of the model and the hot bed.
1. Use a dust-free cloth to dip a small amount of alcohol or detergent and gently wipe the oil stains on the hot bed PEI board.
If the surface coating of the hot bed PEI board is weakened, it is recommended to replace the hot bed PEI board with a new one or apply PVP solid glue stick to improve adhesion.
