1. Please check whether the machine Settings for slicing files are the same as the printer. If you select Photon Mono M7 Pro when slicing files, but use Photon Mono M5S Pro to print slicing files, this error will occur. Please select the correct printer to re-slice.
2. Please click "Help" - "Check for Updates" to check whether the slicing software version is the latest version. If not, please update the slicing software to the latest version and re-slice. If the slicing software is the latest version, please uninstall the slicing software and download it again.
