When the machine displays an error code, first check whether the model has actually fallen off and whether there is any model residue in the material tank. If there is no model falling off, try to resume printing.
The force sensor does not detect the release force of the current layer.
In order to be compatible with different types of resins, the equipment cancels this detection for printing layers with an exposure area <15mm*15mm.
The release force caused by exposure problems, resin problems, parameter problems, ambient temperature problems, and leveling problems causing the model to fall off is zero.
Remove the material box and printing platform, place a piece of A4 paper on the exposure screen, operate "Tools" - "Exposure Detection",
select the first exposure image and click "Exposure" to confirm whether the images on the control screen and the LCD screen exposure screen are consistent.
Please try to avoid looking directly at the exposed image to prevent eye damage.
If they are consistent, please click on the next method to troubleshoot.
If it is inconsistent, please record a video and contact the store where you purchased the equipment. Professional technicians will help you solve the problem.
If you are using a third-party brand of resin, please try using Anycubic official resin first and conduct a printing test.
① If you can print normally using Anycubic official resin, we recommend that you consult the resin supplier for appropriate printing parameters,
or use our officially provided test resin file "R_E_R_F" for testing. For a detailed description of the "R_E_R_F" file, please refer to the image below.
This will help determine the printing parameters that work best for you.
This file is stored in the USB flash drive.
② If the same situation occurs when using Anycubic official resin, it is recommended to print the ""TEST Default Resin Fast.m5sp"" test file in the USB flash drive first to eliminate possible problems caused by improper addition of model supports.
If you still do not see the formed model on the printing platform after printing the official test file "TEST Default Resin Fast.m5sp", please consider adjusting the bottom exposure time to 80 seconds.
If you find that only the bottom of the model is attached to the build platform, try increasing the normal exposure time.
In environments below 20°C, the fluidity of the resin is affected, negatively affecting printing. In order to optimize the printing effect,
it is recommended that you make full use of the heating function of the material trough.
First, please enable the heating function of Tools → Advanced Features → Smart Box. After presetting the required heating temperature,
turn on the automatic heating function. During this process, the material trough will automatically heat to the set temperature, thereby improving the printing success rate.
Note: Prolonged heating may cause the local temperature of the material trough to be high. Do not touch it directly after printing to avoid burns.
Remove the trough and clean the printing platform. Place a piece of leveling paper or A4 paper above the left side of the exposure screen.
Click "Tools" - "Move Z Axis" - "Leveling Inspection" on the main interface. When the printing platform slowly moves downward to stop
(please note that after it first drops to the bottom, it will rise for a distance and finally slowly drop to the screen.
Do not twitch the leveling paper or A4 paper first during this period), twitching Level the paper or A4 paper and feel if there is greater resistance.
Then, check the right side in the same way. If one or both sides are twitching relatively easily, follow the steps in the video below to manually level and calibrate the print platform.
If the above steps do not provide assistance or if you encounter any other issues during subsequent use, we recommend that you create a support ticket.
