This error occurred because the printer failed to level, please refer to the video below or the guide to re-level.

1.Loosen the plum handle and remove the printing platform.
2. Loosen the four screws securing the printing platform using the S4.0 allen key.
3. Install the printing platform and tighten knob.
1.Place the leveling paper on the LCD screen and turn on the printer.
2.Please click on “Tools”-"Move Z"-"Z-axis zero point" on the touch screen.
3. After the printing platform returns to zero, click “Tools”-"Move Z" first, and then select 1mm to drop once. Then switch to 0.1mm and slowly move down the printing platform.
1. When the build plate is no longer shaking or only slightly shaking when touching it, press and hold the build plate slightly with your hand.
2.Then use the S4.0 allen key to tighten its fixing screws diagonally.
1.Please click on "Tools"-"Leveling test" on the touch screen.
2. Please wait until the printing platform moves down slowly until it stops, and then twitch the leveling paper. If there is a large resistance, the leveling is successful.
Note: If the paper can be easily moved, please loosen the four leveling screws and follow the steps above to re-level.
