¶ 1. Triggering principle:
① When the heating load is working within 30s, the NTC temperature is detected to exceed the target temperature by 5℃.
② When the heating function is executed, the preset time is exceeded.
¶ 2. Troubleshooting steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Before replacing, make sure to turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Remove the hopper heating module
① Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the housing fixing screws that fix the heating module.
② Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the lower fixing screws of the housing and remove the housing.
③ Pull out the NTC wiring and reinstall it. Put the housing back.
④ Try to heat again to see if there is still an abnormality.
⑤ If there is still an abnormality, use the S2.0 Allen key to replace the NTC wiring.
Step 3: Install the housing
①Use the S2.0 and S2.5 Allen key to install the heating module housing.
②Try heating the resin again to see if the heating anomaly still exists.
