When this pop-up window appears after powering on, it is recommended to restart the machine to see if the problem still exists.
Before troubleshooting, make sure to turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord to ensure safe operation.
Note: Please remove the printing platform and material box, and raise the Z-axis cantilever to facilitate the removal of the tension detection board.
①Remove the silicone sleeve on the Z-axis cantilever and set it aside for subsequent installation.
②Tilt the printer and replug the tension sensor connection cable. Turn on the machine to see if the error pop-up window still appears. (If the error still occurs, please continue with the next step)
①Unplug all the connection wires on the detection board.
②Use an S2.5 Allen key to remove the detection board fixing screws.
①Replace the detection board and fix it with an S2.5 Allen key.
② Reconnect the connecting wire.
③ Take out the silicone sleeve that was removed earlier and install it on the Z-axis cantilever.
