● M2.5 Allen Wrench
● Multimeter
● Phillips Screwdriver
Troubleshooting Steps:
Before troubleshooting, ensure that the printer is turned off and disconnected from power to ensure safe operation.
①Use a M2.5 Allen key to loosen and remove the 4 screws securing the mainboard cover.
②Disconnect the FAN2 fan cable from the mainboard, then set aside the mainboard cover.
Use the M2.5 Allen wrench to loosen the 4 screws securing the heated bed control board cover and set it aside.
① Please refer to the diagram below and gently tug on the heated bed control cable at the mainboard end to observe if there are any loose or disconnected wires.
② You can also try using a "flathead" screwdriver to loosen the screw that secures the heated bed control cable, then re-tighten it to ensure a secure connection.
③ Please refer to the diagram below and gently tug on the heated bed heating cable at the heated bed control board end to observe if there are any loose or disconnected wires.

⑤ Please attempt to disconnect and reconnect the heated bed control cable at the heated bed control board end.
Troubleshooting Steps:
This troubleshooting step requires some electrical knowledge and measurement equipment. Different brands of multimeters have various measurement ranges, so set the multimeter to the appropriate voltage range.
With the machine powered on, set the multimeter to the 200V DC voltage range. Place the black multimeter probe (negative) on the third screw from the top of the heated bed control board port. Place the red multimeter probe (positive) on the fourth screw from the top of the heated bed control board port. Measure whether the voltage at the mainboard end is 24±2V when heating. If the measured voltage falls within the normal range, it indicates that the heated bed control board is functioning correctly. If the measured voltage is outside the range, it suggests a possible issue with the heated bed control board, and you should consider replacing it.
