Troubleshooting Method:
Before proceeding with troubleshooting, make sure to turn off the printer and disconnect the power to ensure safe operation.
① Use an M2.5 Allen Key to unscrew the 2 screws that secure the print head casing and place them in a suitable position.
② Push the latch gently in the direction indicated by the blue arrow.
③ Finally, hold the white terminal of FAN0 by hand, unplug the FAN0 cable, remove the print head casing, and set it aside.
①Use a M2.5 Allen key to loosen and remove the 4 screws securing the mainboard cover.
②Disconnect the FAN2 fan cable from the mainboard, then set aside the mainboard cover.
Reconnect the connections of the hotend heater cable and the hotend cable harness on both ends, reinserting them one by one.
Note: If there is adhesive on the surface, please gently remove the adhesive before disconnecting the cables.
Troubleshooting Method:
With the machine off, use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the hotend heater. It should be within the range of 9~15 ohms. (Note: Different brands of multimeters have different measurement ranges, so adjust the measurement range of the multimeter accordingly) If it's not within this range, it might indicate an issue with the hotend. Consider trying to replace the hotend.
Troubleshooting Method:
The above troubleshooting methods did not resolve the issue.We recommend that you create an after-sales work order to provide the after-sales engineer with feedback on the previous inspection process and results.
