¶ 2.Replacement Steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the Printer
Before proceeding with the replacement, ensure that the printer turned off and disconneche power to ensure safe operations.
¶ Step 2: Disassemble Z-Axis Motor
①Disconnect the wires from the X-axis motor.
②Use an S2.5 hex key to loosen the lower screw on the coupling.
③Use an S2.5 hex key to remove the four screws securing the motor and take it off.
¶ Step 3: Replace Z-Axis Motor
①For motor replacement, lift the motor by hand, insert the motor shaft into the coupling, and use an S2.5 hex key to tighten the lower screw.
②Use an S2.5 hex key to secure the motor with four screws (long screws secure the internal screw holes, while short screws secure the external screw holes).
③Reconnect the wires to the motor port.
¶ Step 4: Replace the Other Z-Axis Motor
Note: The replacement of the other Z-Axis motor follows the same steps as mentioned above.
