① In the main menu, rotate the knob counterclockwise to the indicated position and press the knob to enter the next menu.
② In the settings menu, rotate the knob clockwise to the indicated position and press the knob to enter the next menu.
③ In the axis movement menu, rotate the knob clockwise to the indicated position and press the knob to enter the next menu.
④ Rotate the knob clockwise to adjust the value to "120mm" to raise the Z-axis to the middle position.
Return to the settings menu, rotate the knob to the "Filament" option, and press the knob to enter the next menu.
In the filament change menu, rotate the knob to the "Extrude" option and press the knob to start the heating process.
The nozzle will automatically heat up to 215°C and begin extrusion. Press the knob to "Stop and Return" when finished.
Once the nozzle has reached the target temperature, press the handle on the extruder to push the filament forward slightly.
Quickly retract and remove the filament. Follow the sequence in the image provided.
Before replacing the extruder assembly, ensure that the device is powered off, disconnected, and wait for the print head temperature to cool to room temperature for safety.
① Use a flathead screwdriver to gently pry open the fixed cable clamps on both sides of the print head module.
② Slightly rotate the valve on the adapter board, then disconnect the print head cable and extruder motor cable.
① Remove the clamp fixing the quick connector for the extruder.
② Depress the extruder quick connector and pull out the PTFE tube.
Use an S2.5 Allen Key to remove the 4 screws securing the print head.
① Use an S2.5 Allen Key to remove the 2 screws securing the print head's outer shell. When removing the print head's outer shell,
take out the FAN0 fan cable from the cable slot before unplugging it.
② Use an S2.5 Allen Key to remove the 2 screws securing the ground wire of the extruder motor for future installation.
(1 screw at the print head adapter board and 1 at the extruder motor)
③ Use an S2.5 Allen Key to remove the 1 screw each that secures the print head adapter board and the heating block. Take the switch cable close to the switch out of the cable slot, then remove the print head adapter board and heating block. (Note: The cables on the print head adapter board are still connected to the heating block, so remove them together.)
|
① Take out the new extruder assembly, the previously disassembled print head adapter board and heating block assembly, and the fixing screws. Assemble the new extruder assembly and the disassembled print head adapter board and heating block assembly. Then, insert the cables into the cable slot and use an S2.5 Allen Key to tighten the 2 fixing screws.
② Use an S2.5 Allen Key to tighten the screw against the print head adapter board according to the hole position.
③ Use an S2.5 Allen Key to tighten the screw against the ground wire and screw that were previously disassembled.
(Note: The ground wire on the print head adapter board should be placed to the left to avoid short circuits on electronic components.)
④ Take out the previously disassembled outer shell of the print head and the fixing screws. Insert the FAN0 fan cable into the FAN0 port on the print head adapter board,
then place the cable in the cable slot. Move any excess cable to the side to avoid interference with the fan's rotation.
Use an S2.5 Allen Key to tighten the fixing screws according to the hole position.
Take out the installed print head and the previously disassembled screws. Install the print head onto the device, then use an S2.5 Allen Key to tighten the screws according to the hole position.
① Since the new extruder assembly is equipped with a clip fixing the extruder's quick connector, remove the clip before installing the PTFE tube.
② Depress the extruder quick connector, then insert the PTFE tube until it reaches the bottom. Secure the quick connector with the clip.
Install the print head cable, then secure the cable fixing piece to the cable fixing position. Finally, plug in the extruder motor cable.
After replacing the extruder assembly, it is recommended to recalibrate the device according to the following instructions.
Connect the power cord to the device and press the power switch on the side to start the device.
Note:
When inserting the power cord, please avoid crossing it with the print head cable to prevent interference.
① On the main interface, rotate the knob counterclockwise to select the settings icon, and then press the knob to enter the settings menu.
② In the settings menu, rotate the knob clockwise to select "Module Calibration," and then press the knob to enter the calibration menu.
③ In the calibration menu, first rotate the knob clockwise to select "Position Calibration." The machine will automatically probe and stop near the calibration module.
Observe the distance between the nozzle and the center position above the calibration module.
You can enter the axis movement interface by selecting the X/Y move distance option on the screen and pressing the knob.
Adjust the corresponding axis distance to align it with the center position of the calibration module. Then press the knob again to return to the calibration menu.
Finally, click the "Save" button to complete the calibration.
Please note that after completing the calibration, perform an automatic leveling again.
① On the main interface, select the settings icon by rotating the knob counterclockwise.
② In the settings interface, rotate the knob clockwise to select "Auto Level" and press the knob. A popup will appear;
select "√" to initiate the device's preheating, nozzle cleaning, and automatic leveling process.
Note:
I. Please check whether the PEI board is installed before leveling.
II. The leveling sensors is only used for platforms with metal surface. If you replace the print platform yourself,
please choose a platform with a metal surface to ensure the normal use of the automatic leveling function.
III. This PEI sheet can be used for printing on both sides, but you need to follow the following rules: If you level the bed using side A,
then you should also print on side A. If you switch to side B, you will need to re-level the bed.
I. Insert the TF card into the device's slot.
II. Select any model and start printing.
Note: After starting the print, carefully observe the first layer. If situations ① and ③ occur, indicating a mismatch in Z Offset, you can make fine adjustments during the printing process. Adjust the distance between the print head and the heated bed. After making adjustments, you can pause the print task (for testing purposes only). Then, start printing the actual model file you need.
